A complete financial literacy course designed for easy integration into freshman orientation, first-year experience programs, or general education pathways. All modules are built with measurable learning outcomes and can be taught by campus faculty or POYM instructors.

Our content speaks directly to the lived experiences of Black students, first-generation learners, and young adults navigating complex financial systems for the first time. We teach not just the mechanics of money, but the psychology and cultural context that shape financial behavior.

We supply campuses with slides, lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and discussion guides, making delivery seamless for faculty. Everything is built to reduce prep time and maintain instructional quality session after session.

Each student receives a guided workbook plus digital learning materials that reinforce financial skills through reflection, action steps, and real-life scenarios.

We help students open accounts at trusted Black-owned and minority-serving financial institutions. This bridges academic learning with real financial infrastructure, giving students the tools to build wealth immediately.

Our program tracks student engagement, knowledge gains, and financial behavior improvements. Institutions receive data that supports accreditation standards, retention initiatives, and student success metrics.

POYM can support in-person, hybrid, or fully online course structures. Whether a university wants a full semester, a 6–8 week mini-course, or an orientation-based experience, the program adapts to institutional needs.

We offer multi-year implementation plans that allow universities to roll out the program to entire freshman classes, student-athlete groups, TRIO programs, or broader campus communities.
